Donate Your Art

NOTE: Donation form and image of donation must be submitted by Friday, May 16, 2008

Expose yourself to advertising specialists and art lovers of the Pacific Northwest. With your donation you also receive a free ticket to the event, placement on our Web site and a link to your own Web site.

1. Submit a digital image, JPG format, minimum size 4” x 6” at 300dpi, via email to info@artbashseattle.com OR issue it on a CD accompanying the donation. Failure to submit digital image will
   exclude the donation from the live auction, printed program, and web site.
2. Print out and complete our donation form
3. Drop off your art and donation form to one of the following locations:

The deadline for digital versions to be submitted is May 16 for inclusion in the auction catalog and Web site. Physical donations must be received by May 16, 2008. For any extra questions regarding donations, please email info@artbashseattle.com

ART PREPARATION: Hanging artwork must be ready for hanging (i.e.: hooks, hanging wire), or accompanied by an easel. All works on paper should be mounted and protected in some manner.

While the ArtBash committee does reserve the right to review art prior to inclusion in the auction, we have no specific requirements for type, size, materials or content for the art to be donated and appreciate all donations for this event.
