3rd Annual ArtBash Benefit Art Auction Donation Form

The proceeds from your art donation will benefit Ad Club Seattle and the scholarship funds it supports, including:

The Kerin Keller Memorial Scholarship Fund benefiting students affected by breast cancer in their family. Kerin worked in the region’s advertising industry and was a partner at CKA Creative.
Ad Club Seattle’s Minority Marketing Scholarship at Western Washington University.

Every item donated must be accompanied with a digital image, JPG format, minimum size 4” x 6” at 300dpi, which can be submitted via the online submission form or a CD accompanying the donation. Failure to submit digital image will exclude the donation from the live auction, printed program, and web site.

All donations must be ready for presentation. Hanging art work must be ready for hanging (i.e.: hooks, hanging wire.) All works on paper should be mounted and protected in some manner.
